We have a full-time Project Scheduler who ensures that your project is installed on time and that all construction milestones are timely met. Our project management services include project organization, design coordination between different parties, design development and value engineering, material delivery, safety regulations, installation progress, installation execution under international standards, pre-commissioning and soft operations, testing and commissioning, training, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, handover and client release, and after-sales and maintenance programs.
